From young to old, this day was an amazing show of support to students in Africa, as well as a day of fun!
Beginning early in the morning, children from 3 years old to 10 years old, began doing their doing their ride, following special courses designed for them. Each rider worked so hard to do as many laps as possible.
The afternoon rides were serious adult and teen riders! The winner did the 10.2 km lap 8 times in the 4 hours given them. Given the trail has over 1000 ft incline for each lap, this is pretty amazing!
We want to offer our heartfelt THANK YOU to Nic and Shei, the Bike Barn, and many others who make this wonderful event possible, as well as maintain the trail year round for many people to enjoy the rest of the year.
